Our Story
Tirupati Balaji Health Care Group was founded in 1996 with a bold vision: to bring world-class tertiary healthcare to the people of Kolkata, eliminating the need to travel to metropolitan cities for advanced medical treatment.
Built on the foundational belief that quality healthcare is a fundamental right and not a privilege, the hospital has grown from a 60-bed community hospital to a 350-bed multi-specialty tertiary care centre serving over 4.2 million patients across AP and Telangana.

Building Blocks of Tirupati Balaji Health Care Group
Phase I – Diagnostic & Polyclinic (1996)
The hospital launched as a diagnostic and polyclinic centre housing advanced pathology, microbiology, biochemistry, and radiology services, quickly becoming the region's preferred diagnostic hub.
Phase II – Health Care Group (2004)
Expansion into a full-fledged multi-specialty hospital with surgical suites, ICU, and specialist OPDs covering Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopaedics, and Oncology.
Phase III – Centre of Excellence (2015)
Launch of dedicated Centres of Excellence for Cancer Care, Cardiac Sciences, Neurosciences, and Renal Care, supported by robotic surgery and a 3T MRI scanner.
